Complaint form

Necessary is to attach by warranty claim: scan of registration book of vehicle, scan of invoices from all made warranty inspections, photos of broken parts and whole vehicle (inside, outside from all sides with VIN code). In case of not filled necessary points or lack of necessary attachments, warranty claim will not be accepted.
Claimant- owner of purchased product is informed about the term of accepting the warranty claim according general conditions mentioned in warranty book.

Every vehicle with submitted warranty claim before delivery to the Guarantor/Service must be cleaned. In other case claimant will be spreaded with costs of cleaning claimed's vehicle / elements.
